So this afternoon I found myself a very bored person. So I challenged myself to write a series of character drabbles starting with my first D&D character and hitting every one along the way. I got to Nilthi before I called it quits. Then I skipped to Elsi, surprisingly enough.
Anyway, out of the drabbles I really liked Galianna's (the original) and Elsi's. So here is Gally's. Elsi's will be posted next.
And yes, this is obviously in favor of Gally and Fen together. It never happened in game, but I figured it would have eventually. Sarah agrees, so ha. The character's player has no say in it. XD

As the light, lilting melody came to an end; the crowd broke out into cheers and applause. Galianna stood up and took a sweeping bow, her lute at her side. She felt the glow of that came with all the crowds’ eyes upon her for a job well done. Attention was something the pretty elf was used to, but never tired of. Her violet gaze slipped over the men and women of the crowd until she came to the one person who was not watching her with awe. Her partner, Fen.
Fen had his head turned away from her, his messy brown pony tail all she could see. Gally wanted to show her displeasure, but she waited until the attention of the crowd slipped off of her as the after show glow wore away. People broke away from her and moved back to their original seats, meals, and drinks.
Fen turned to face her as she approached, her lute strung over her shoulder and her hands on her hips. He met her with a smile, but it quickly faded faced with her glare. The half-elf held out his arm hesitantly, which had her cloak folded over it. Gally grabbed the dark blue material and draped it over her shoulders, turning away as her hands worked to clasp it on.
“What?” Fen asked quietly, uncertain.
“You weren’t watching,” she answered curtly.
“Well, yeah. Why would I? I’ve seen you play that piece a million times.”
“So?” She asked, her normally coordinated fingers fumbling clumsily with her cloak clasp.
“Everyone in the room was watching you. You didn’t need me too.” He answered, still sounding a little unsure.
Gally whirled around to face him, her hands still attempting to clasp her cloak. “But everyone doesn’t include you! I-“
Fen cut her off as he pulled her hands away from her cloak and clasped it with ease. He gave her a small smile as he spoke. “I rather look at you when no one else is. You put on a show for everyone else, but for me you’re just Gally. I prefer that.”
Gally blinked a few times and felt a small rush of heat crawl up the back of her neck and color her cheeks. It only made Fen smile more so.
“Besides,” he said casually as he held out his arm for her to take. “You don’t need to watch someone to hear them play music. You only need your ears for that.”
Gally paused in her step and shot a look at Fen. A moment passed by silently as he awkwardly held his arm out. She turned away and jabbed his arm, walking ahead without him. Fen grinned slightly as he moved to catch up.
